Bobby called on my son’s birthday and spoke with him. It was a monumental moment.. why? Because they haven’t spoken for almost 2 years. Partly because I asked him NOT to call if he is going to make empty promises again. He took it literally.

Anyway, I am glad he called. Daniel needs to know that he really has a father – not a man in the photo.
